There's also the image in the newspaper article where she again has a straight face. In the portrait, she has a straight faced expression. The other thing that makes me think it's not fake is that at the beginning of the game, Miwako mentions the portrait that fell is one of only two remaining pictures of her mother. I don't think there's an explanation for the haunting. Unlike the rest of the hauntings which make her scary, she looks peaceful in the reflection, she's even smiling slightly. Sometimes I see Kasumi's face in the water of the garden pond. Ironically it's the one that matches the title of the game. There is one unexplained haunting I sometimes find in Shadow. Also, I don’t know that the expiation they give for the hallucinations fits when you think of Charollete appearing in the ruins (a seperate building) and leading us directly to a clue.ĭo you agree? My friend asked if any of the games actually have ghosts in them, and I said that occasionally there’s room for interpretation. So sometimes I’ll replay Nancy Drew games, and I’ll stream it in my friends discord so they can watch and chime in if they’d like.
